yes...the purple core come with 10...
the core seek for a body that is full with greed and desire..i think thats why both eiji and maki become human greed..
i wonder if the other greeds were human too before..

didnt u watch one of the episodes maki stole the purple medals from kougami which had 10 in them then he removed one and they went inside eiji and him

Which then implies that you mean that because Maki took one out of the set, he only absorbed 4 of them. Taking one out of the set only initiated the sequence, but it doesn't mean he didn't absorbed it.

This isn't the case with Uva anymore. If Cazali still had at least one surviving core, than maybe. But take into account that...
A ) Maki took all of Cazali's cores, both his and the others', when he became Giru (or whatever the Dinosaur Greed is officially named...).
B ) Eiji in PuToTyra form struck and cracked one of his cores, which Maki left after he took the rest, and Cazali was left to die because the core shattered.
Uva's desire to keep living existed in his only surviving core, but once the cores are in someone else's possession, I don't think they can revive without a single core to form on.
This being episode 44, and with, say 4 to 6 more eps to go (the standard Kamen Rider eps run is around 48 to 50 episodes), they're probably killing off the other Greed now as the story comes to an end.

Mezul and Gamel were revived through a collection of Cell Medals plus Cores. VOLUNTARILY by Maki.
If Maki didn't take the cores, Cazali would have had a chance to live, just would never be fully complete. If Cazali had one core remaining, if his desire was as strong as Uva's, he'd also have a chance to revive.
That said...I don't think Cazali's coming back anymore. This might be it for him.

hmm..haha..you're right..i thought that Gotou is usong protoype birth since the birth system get beaten up by Kazari..hahah
but..there is one thing i realize..the only glory time for gotou as birth is on the last episode of datte as birth..the rest,gotou's but get kicked..

Date will probably make a return from his surgery and become Proto Birth. I think there was a discussion on 4chan's /m/ about the scans, with Date the main candidate for Proto Birth (this was either translation or speculation, i couldn't remember).
Honestly, who is competent enough to be "another Birth", besides from Satonaka?

The creators say it isn't because OOO's gimmick is the mix-and-match combo change, or combo change in general. But PuToTyra can't really mix-and-match with any other combo, so even though the creators say no, it essentially is.
The only reason why it really can't be considered is because, unlike the past Kamen Riders, the final form isn't spammed constantly. Ever since Decade got the K-Touch, he transforms into Complete Decade every episode. When W got the Xtreme Memory, he became CycloneJokerXtreme all the time. When Kabuto received the Hyper Zecter, he became Hyper Kabuto all the time.
Same with Kiva Emperor Form, same with Den-O Liner form, same with Blade King Form, etc. PuToTyra is the least commonly used Final Form, (technically, it'd be Kuuga Ultimate, but Kuuga uses Rising every episode after Rising Titan).

yeah..but usually all hero rider receive a gadget to extend its form like k-touch,hyper zerctor,etc..it seems ooo likely dont have one..do you think he will have final form when he absorb all the core medals?it happen to the former ooo which then become stone...

Wonder what'll happen if Eiji inserted three Cores in the Medajalibur (that somewhat big sword) instead of Cells.
Or his gigantic dinosaur axe, for that matter.
