It does, but as it is blue, it is plastic. They would have written something about it in CoroCoro if it was rubber.

relook at the images. do you see any small bits of spikes pointing out of the bottom? answer... NO. the detail of the bottom WILL NOT be like the R2F.

just compare it to your R2F. and i do not see any protrusions..

and as brad said (also said in previous post in this thread), people are expecting it to be named "low flat".

i see the spikes you can see the shadow is veryy dark in the center than goes to a white glare kinda thing if there were no spikes it would continue to get darker
