In a way, I am. I'm surprised that even in their native turf investors don't feel confident with Sony and the amount of which projections have been slashed for the company is really alarming.

No, there's no need to play the previous games to understand the new ones. P2 is the only one that's a direct sequel. P4 is in the same universe as P3, but aside from some passing references to the previous game it has practically no connection.
... not to mention, good luck trying to find Persona: Revelations and Persona 2 anywhere for a reasonable price. I know they just reprinted P2, so that might be easier to find, but the first game in nigh impossible to get for under $100.

wtf? So people who have their 360's RRoD on them get to have it fixed for free while I'll have to pay to get mine fixed? Am I getting this wrong or is that only referring to the extended 3 year warranty, not the warranty as a whole? I haven't even had mine for a year (bought it around April this year) and it's already having problems... And yes, I've checked the A/V connections, plugged out and plugged back in, etc.

I haven't called Xbox Customer Support yet, but I was wondering, will I have to send in the console along with the HDD? I'm a bit scared of loosing saved game data if they mess up, especially because it's mentioned in the warranty booklet that Microsoft won't be held responsible for any data loss as a result of repairing or replacing your 360.

Losing data isn't necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes it's good to restart games once you've gained knowledge of how they work. And it can improve your strategies and stuff...
