I would also like Xtend’ that is designed so you can’t turn it into Xtend+’. It just changes height.

Yeah, that's what I would do, although you could limit it to a rubber Xtend+ Chip to make it Xtr' or something.

My bey veteran of a friend (who has followed beyblade since 2004)
wants a driver that combines Charge and Zeta, we would call it Zex.
as for parts I want, its mostly just drivers
a much shorter (and thus more stable) Quest
Dimension metal (with a metal spike as opposed to rubber that won't wear down)
Atomic metal (self explanatory)
A reverse reboot (MFB l-drago destroy's Final Survive but in burst form)
Charge but instead of an accel-like round flat, its a wide ball shape. I would call it Grab or Cling
Iron' (also self explanatory)
Bullet metal (although bullet is competitively useless, I still find it fun to use- but I am always worried about that centre rod breaking. if it was metal I wouldn't have to worry)
Bearing metal (again self explanatory)
