EDIT: chose 2 JADE boosters. Hoping for dragonis.

I don't think it's like that. I think it's like they put the contents in a randomizer, with like 3 entries for commons and 1 entry for rares and the randomizer picks.

Eternal Passport Face has been given out guys. It is for past & present committee members plus special members. Anyone can be that 'special member'. All I can say is host a lot, and play a lot.

Eternal Passports are non-expiring passports, like they sound.
Every committee member, both past and present get one, and exceptional members who've hosted a lot of tournaments and played in a lot of matches are eligible. Like Uwik said. Host a lot. Play a lot
