I couldn't care less about Uggs, but crocs I actually hate. They are such a pos, they always look ugly, offer no protection or support. Just terrible footwear. I saw them all over in the summer too..
I was lost for words when I noticed the Crocs retail store on Queen st. this summer.

Those Croc stores definitely won't be lasting long. You can only milk a concept like this for so long. Unless they release a new product quite different from their current rubber footwear they're going under.

Plenty of folks are Mac owners here, so I'll ask a question. Why is it when I extract a .rar file from a Mac (OS X IIRC), put onto a USB stick and transferred over to XP no matter what the file is corrupted?
Another thing, what's the Mac equivalent of Winrar, or 7Zip, that actually works?
Also, my regular PC just died yesterday, so if I vanish for a bit it's because of that.

That's a commercial advertising an ARG for the game 2012. I'm playing
Basically the IHC is trying to ensure the survival of as much of the human race as possible after the cataclysmic events of 2012. They instated a survival lotto in order to give everyone a "Fair chance" at survival. They are also in the process of electing a leader in the post 2012 world.
Gotta say, one of the weaker ARGs out there, because for anyone who's not in the election, there really won't be an endgame. Only the 11 or 12 selected candidates will receive anything. They've all already gotten Ps3s and high dollar Digital Cameras.
I cast my vote yesterday and I"m entered in the survival lotto twice. I'm interested in seeing what the survival lotto turns out to be.

That IHC commercial is an advertisement for the movie "2012"...
And I've been on the IHC site already... a couple months ago.
I posted that commercial because it's interesting how they chose to promote the movie that way, and it's funny how many people believe this and actually take it seriously.
