Theirs also a panel that explain what makes them a legend, dont remember which one (its been a while Haha), but the ranking is S-tier the highest any blader can reach.  The legend status though is earn because of their big achievement as bladers thats how you get the legend status, thats why neither Lane or Rashad was called Legends despite being S-tier Ranking. They asahi bros got special treatment. So the ranking is based on points but only few has manage to even get close to the Legends which is consistant as only 3 bladers crack the top 15 which are Lane and Rashad and the asahi bros are comperable but since the never had the amount of points the didn’t make the cut but was granted the legend status. As for a db Ranking just take the Sparking Ranking an put Rashad #2 while the rest stays the same. Bell, basara or ranzo cant be their cause they never did Ranking match. An here you got they Ranking the ranking looks confusing cause of Lane but it really isnt when you analyze it you get it once a legend always a legend no matter if your top 15 or not cause occamplishmemt and achievement stays you can be S-tier but it doesnt automatically means you get the legend status yet. hope you got a better understanding Now

Like free was called Legend rank 4th place and Valt was called legend rank 1st place. Would rashad be legend rank 2nd place or just 2nd place?  Would hyuga be legend rank 17th place?

Another note is it was mention that these 15 are so strong that no one outside of the 15 can/could beat them. Ah i see so technically there are two types of legends/ legendary bladers
1. The top 15 (the bladers in the S/legend rankings) 
ex: Valt, Shu, free, and lui.

2. Bladers who can rival the legends/ accomplishments that matches the legends (honorary legends who are given legend rankings outside the top 15)
Ex: hyuga hikaru and rantaro.
So Rantaro still officially has a legend rank like hyuga. (Since it was a special case for them) either S/legend rank 15-18

Yup you git everything correct. As for Bell don't take it to seriously this match was written as a good bey to the Bust generation. Bell winning was Hiro telling us even if burst is over (or any type of Gen) the other Gen will take over an continue theu beyblade legacy its away to say beyblade will never die even if one Gen is getting older we should not fear cause the new one will carry on for the older one. To put simple Hiro was Valt and Bell is the next person who will take and Write the next beyblade story for us. Its not the end Valt losing wasnt the point but the fact that burst will always continue no matter the Gen that is to come. Now aside from the symbolizing ending. Bell only got the World title but he isnt rank anywhere within the top 15 nor his granted the title legend as he never had any officially match aside from that match with Valt i think the rashad one too but you get what i'm trying to say. Oh yea i understood his message. bell winning was supposed to represent the ending of burst and the rise of a new generation. Bell winning against Valt wasnt meant to show that bell is better. It was supposed to show that just like every other generation it was his time for his rise. Theres also parallel i want to mention i was going to save it for a rival comparison but ig ill say it now. Rashad wanted to lead the new generation but did it in the wrong way he wanted to lead it through his power alone and he went from loved to questioned. But bell on the other hand represented the rise of the new generation in a more natural and healthy way and went from hated to loved. Both bladers represented the rising of a new gen but bell is the one who went the correct path to do it. Also the point of the chapter was also to tell how blading will constantly grow as the love for the sport will be passed on the next generation. That the love for blading will always be remembered by the old gen and that same love will be carried by new gen.  I just mentioned it cus i was semi confused and someone also brought it up as well. But i understand the chapters message thats why i liked it. But they did say “watch bell become a legend after defeating champion Valt” but it was most likely just a throw away line to hype up the match since 1. they dont put much focus on it and 2. like you said before Bell only competed in 2 official matches, not enough to be considered a legend inside of the official system. So bell most likely isnt a legend like you said earlier.

Yup as you said (for everything) that was what Valt vs Bell match was about. Oh that line of watch Bell become a legend is just a phrase as you mention, its simply to tell us he manage to win this match which for a blader like him can be consider legendary and people will remember that nothing more nothing less, its like the shu vs Valt that match was basically a legendary battle. Ryuga is comparable to Nemesis who is the God of Destruction. And Nemesis pretty much wipes 99.7% of the Pokemon verse. So it's safe to assume that L-Drago can as well. And isn't Rayquaza's weakness also Dragon so wouldn't he have the disadvantage.

I don’t think so. L-Drago is a spirit. Rayquaza doesn’t have Soul Manipulation so him doing that would be useless. When I think about it now I think L-Drago takes this and it’s not close. Nemesis vs Dialga is a better one but I still think it’s Nemesis.

Honestly, as rediculous as the thought of a matchup between a spinning top and pokemon is, Dialga would annihilate Nemesis. Nemesis is a low planet level entity but Dialga pretty much has free control of time which is quite honestly far beyond any planet level feat.

You can wank Nemesis to Universal and that’s not even a highball. Just look at the many feats of the Metal series. Dialga can only go so far especially with Nemesis ability of power mimicry.

Yes, but if that is the case, why do turbo beys raise the roof, and are called turbo beys instead of an evolution? Also some beys are initially turbo. And turbo has dark power. Side note, what do you think is the possibility beys still have possibility for corruption and so much wind it will ruin any straw roofs?
