That is not a similar Metal Wheel anyway ... It obviously resembles Storm a lot more than Screw. As tman14 wrote, that is just Wind, the Light Wheel which we already know.

Haha. Anyway, back on topic. Screw Capricorn will be used by Dr. Ziggurat, right? That means Hasbro buyers will finally be able to get 90, unless Hasbro screws it up again and changes it to 105MF. The blue Cparicorn wheel looks simply awesome. I'm also really interested on how fast MF will be able to move around.
