RE: bey teams - Khel - Apr. 13, 2009 I edited out your phone number; you never want to post that on an internet forum. Plus I think we already have topics on this RE: bey teams - MuchWow - Apr. 13, 2009 lol. your talking like if bladers are all across the countries ![]() this wont be possible. and also i find it a silly idea to battle in teams like the anime. RE: bey teams - Raykon - Apr. 13, 2009 Wrong forum? RE: bey teams - Aikemi - Apr. 13, 2009 this thread has come up a lot and the answer is no RE: bey teams - SK - Apr. 13, 2009 you're 20 years old and looking for a competetive real beyblade team? wtf lol, i thought that you'd realize by that age than things in real life aren't like in the anime. You'd be better off "flying solo" ![]() RE: bey teams - Zander Soulwind - Apr. 13, 2009 Yes, Kai was smart and tried to stay solo at a younger age, people can really learn from him. But don't worry what we say, still do it if you want. RE: bey teams - theflightyellz - Apr. 14, 2009 Think creating beyblade teams is a little extreme and unrealistic.. Team battle is an interesting idea for tournaments though. Three players to a team, the team with the most overall victories wins. You wouldn't even necessarily have to have a team, it could simply be we draw names from a hat to make teams just for the event? RE: bey teams - Bey Brad - Apr. 14, 2009 i think beyblade clubs are a better idea tbh though i wouldn't mind starting a team for laughs RE: bey teams - BladeBee - Apr. 14, 2009 WARNING-new team has appeared Team Metal System has arrived.I wish That would happen like in a tournament a bunch of smoke bombs go off and in a giant screen it says warning new team has appeared and then it says team metal system RE: bey teams - Bey Brad - Apr. 14, 2009 THE BEYKNIGHTS *brad falls from ceiling, swings sword, beyblade expels forth and decapitates a small child* HOO HAH RE: bey teams - BladeBee - Apr. 14, 2009 (Apr. 14, 2009 12:15 AM)Bey Brad Wrote: THE BEYKNIGHTS ...*see bladebee's avatar, and then see what it says under his avatar*................... Pfft.A bunch of ragamuffins who walk around wearing tattered clothes, and idiots using light wheels ![]() All about the Neoborg. RE: bey teams - Randgris - Apr. 14, 2009 Teams probably would have made sense about 5~6 years ago when a greater amount of people still played. I remember my town having around 7 or 8 "teams" at that time, and I was the leader of one of them. It worked out pretty well seeing as a good amount of kids played and there would be "team battles" set up at least twice a week. Of course with the major decline in bladers over the years, this isn't exactly possible anymore. RE: bey teams - josh-jf - Apr. 14, 2009 I used to have a team with my friends and to be honest i actually really like this idea. Even like a national team where the best team from australia goes up against teams from other countries in the world that have their best bladers in the team lol ofcoarse the problem with this idea is money ![]() RE: bey teams - Bey Brad - Apr. 14, 2009 I just don't understand the point of teams in a game where you don't co-operate with other players. What do you have to gain from being on a team? A closer comparison would be say, golf ... generally, players in golf are rated on their solo performance, not team performance. Beyblade "teams" don't make sense. Groups and clubs do. Well,Its fun...thats it you Dont gain anything but its Fun XD,Plus it can work in tourny style, teams face each other..then when one team wins, the team faces each other. I'm not sure how it's fun, exactly? I mean, any more than normally playing Beyblade is fun ... you're really limiting how many "rivals" you can have. Why can't you just get together as a group and play? As for tournaments, it's a bad idea even for that. It's much harder to manage and you can have a far larger tournament with individual players than with teams. Moreover, if a teammate screws up it can wreck an individual player's great performance. RE: bey teams - josh-jf - Apr. 14, 2009 can u explain to me how the groups and clubs work? like do u just meet up and blade together or do u take on rival groups and clubs? lol RE: bey teams - Bey Brad - Apr. 14, 2009 (Apr. 14, 2009 4:29 AM)josh-jf Wrote: can u explain to me how the groups and clubs work? like do u just meet up and blade together or do u take on rival groups and clubs? lol You just meet up and play Beyblade ... I don't understand why this is so confusing to you guys. |
