Under Used Parts - Pinoy Blader - Mar. 19, 2009 So at the meet up last week me and Evil Meros were talking about what parts are under used, but have some good usage in combos. We came up with one which is Wolborg 2 ar. Has anyone else found anything useful for under used parts? RE: Under Used Parts - Giga - Mar. 19, 2009 WB2 AR? That is greatly outclassed! What's the combo? Ur maybe Eight Attackers (Still working on it) RE: Under Used Parts - Neku2 - Mar. 19, 2009 I like the Flash leapord attack ring and the flash leapord 2 BB. RE: Under Used Parts - Giga - Mar. 19, 2009 Panther Claw is allright, Flash Leopard 2 however is a joke. RE: Under Used Parts - Guardian Odin - Mar. 19, 2009 I think there are a lot of parts that are underestimated. Particularly for attack purposes. Double Snake is actually pretty decent for smash attack. RE: Under Used Parts - Neku2 - Mar. 19, 2009 (Mar. 19, 2009 5:12 PM)Giga Wrote: Panther Claw is allright, Flash Leopard 2 however is a joke. The BB is not that bad. It is seriously outclassed but on a un-competitive playing field its okay. RE: Under Used Parts - Crimson - Mar. 19, 2009 Manual Change Core is one part I keep trying to make use of. in attack mode, the Hasbro version is so insanely fast that it KOs by flinging itself out of the stadium. But when it actually hits an opponent, the force behind it is fairly decent. RE: Under Used Parts - G - Mar. 19, 2009 Mirage Goddess is pretty decent for defense! I'll get the Wiki article up soon for it. RE: Under Used Parts - Aqua - Mar. 19, 2009 Yeah, a lot of parts are over-looked. I think Wing Upper (Flame Pegasus AR) and Wolf Crusher (Wolborg MS AR) might have more potiential. RE: Under Used Parts - SexyMichael - Mar. 19, 2009 The Hasbro Driger V BB was sexy as carp. I used it in a compact combo back when I played. In all the tests I did it preformed better than SG semi-flat. RE: Under Used Parts - Pich - Mar. 19, 2009 Panther Claw is pretty decent. Same question as above^^^^ RE: Under Used Parts - Neku2 - Mar. 19, 2009 Driger V's BB I think is a pretty good piece. RE: Under Used Parts - Pich - Mar. 19, 2009 Depends on the tip you have, the metal sharp seems to suck for me. The semi-flat is probably fairly good. Semi-flat Looked like this, \__/ RE: Under Used Parts - Pich - Mar. 19, 2009 The metal sharp one is horrible. I'm not suprised by SexyMiichael's results with the other tip, though. Seems it wouldn't be too bad. RE: Under Used Parts - Meros - Mar. 20, 2009 wolborg 2 ar is strong for smash combos it broke bluezzz trygle ar [/align] RE: Under Used Parts - Bluezee - Mar. 20, 2009 Yea the Wolborg 2 isnt seriously outclassed. EvilMeros and I noticed this while practicing 2-3 weeks ago. Performance-wise for smash combos, it is very strong. Im thinking a combo like this should prove it: AR: Upper Wolf WD: 10 Wide or Wide Defense SG: Right SG BB: Storm Grip Take time to actually try this out and dont over look it. It really does work! Also, try Wyborg's AR in smash attack combos like this: AR: Double Snake WD:10 Wide or Wide Defense SG: Right SG BB: Storm Grip RE: Under Used Parts - Meros - Mar. 20, 2009 it has a serious smash wolborg 2 ar and wyborg ar is deadly RE: Under Used Parts - KoD PT - Mar. 20, 2009 Strike Turtle (Draciel V2) does good for right spin smash attack, best paired up with 10-Wide, whose 2 notches line up with the ARs main smash attack points (besides being the best choice for a high speed smasher). It's often overlooked for the awesome Triple Wing or Triple Tiger. MG WD is a nice choice for defense combos. Although not perfectly circular, it still lines up just fine with Tiger Defense, War Lion, etc. The surface is also smooth and absorbs hits better than metal WDs. It's 1g heavier than Wide Defense. Just sucks that it attracts NSK bearings. Yeah, I used to use and MG weight disc for one of my combos. I paired it with ARriger V2 WD:MG SP:Voltaic Ape BBriger V2 This combo had great endurance and absorbed hits very well. Had great attack using sliding shoot. As for Wolborg 2 ar paired with a fast base it can knock out a blade with a lot of force. RE: Under Used Parts - Giga - Mar. 20, 2009 Sonic Tiger is underrated IMO. It can be a decent sub for Panther Claw, if a more offensive compact is needed. Try this AR Sonic Tiger WD 6 Heavy (another underused part, smallest of Heavy WDs, so can be useful, heavier than 8 heavy.) SG Normal Right BB SG Metal Change. RE: Under Used Parts - G - Mar. 20, 2009 (Mar. 20, 2009 1:43 PM)KoD Wrote: Strike Turtle (Draciel V2) does good for right spin smash attack, best paired up with 10-Wide, whose 2 notches line up with the ARs main smash attack points (besides being the best choice for a high speed smasher). My only problem with the MG WD is just with the hard plastic part... They've ripped off of most of mine so I could never properly test them. RE: Under Used Parts - Giga - Mar. 20, 2009 The Hasbro version had no gap so it was hard to rip up, try to get one. |
