Super smash could be a challenge... but we don't know yet.
I trust Nintendo to make it a reasonable game though.
The original n64 version brings gave me great memorys (still does), i never got a gamecube though.

I don't visit gaf either simply because of the atmosphere there.
There are a lot of gaming carp faces that like to troll message boards residing there. Not that people like this aren't on all gaming forums, but the concentration of them is especially high on gaf. lol

we don't really "hate" joystiq- there's just been one too many mistakes of reporting
and the name banning is only because the mods get a kick out of it. like 90% of things you aren't supposed to do
