Thinking of "Change" as the track, I keep flashing to Dranzer S.
With a spring in the track, maybe this one can switch between multiple heights?
145 could just be the default "Not locked in" mode, then clicking it in makes it shorter.

I don't really get how it can change the tip if it uses a regular bottom. Well, one that isn't the coveted and powerful Hole Flat.

it's probably change145.
meaning, the track changes sizes. if you noticed that a taller track has more layers? the extra room in between the layers probably will have a spring in it, meaning it can change heights by the push of a button
