I think that the turbo voice actors for Aiga and Ranjiro will be reprising their roles however, it’s very possible that they could just alter the tone of their voices to sound more mature which is what Aiga’s actor did for Rise.
The voice actor team will be the same than we got in Turbo and Rise.

Any actor portraying a past character on the Surge Cast are as old as Turbo and Matt Hill is currently the only og actor in the season 3 casting. And if he wasn’t replaced then and was capable to shoot flashback scenes like we saw before, I find it hard to believe that a replacement would be announced this close to the kickoff of America airing this season

Unless this is coming from an official source, Surge can't start on the 4th because Rise 26B is supposed to release then. Surge will most likely start on the official YT channel either on the 11th or the 18th, depending on if they want to release a preview the week before the season starts like they did with Turbo and Rise.

Yeah the more you listen to the most annoying theme songs ever, it will eventually cool down and you can sometimes wonder why we hate these theme songs. So that's good.
The Bombers will be called the "Comets" in Surge.
