Probably not, speedstorm is only really a marketing thing, specific to the products for this season of beyblades, even if Volcanic would be LIKE the gimmick of a speed storm tip

I'm pretty sure half of the Speedstorm gimmick thing is that it has metal on the tip, but the fact that it's so tall would make it behave like a Speedstorm tip. Nice eye, though, seems like they would be at similar heights.
