Episode 5 Review
Just to put it out there that This episode isn't filler bc the events that happens in this episode occurred in the manga as well.

The episode starts out with a battle that showcase belial on high mode like in normal fashion bell beats ranzo, I'm gonna be honest here the battle weren't as great as the two previous bell vs ranzo battle but it has its moments such as introducing a new explosion effect which I really liked. And Ah yes character development good to see you this early like so far I'm really liking the direction that they're taking with the story telling, seeing moments like bell bonding with ranzo and playing is just pure fun stuff and season 1 vibes . Overall fun stuff I could see some people getting bored because of the same settings for 5 episode straight but the direction they are taking and the pacing imo is better than both GT, Sparking and cho-Z

Edit: I'm such an idiot, I thought/saw Belial didn't burst Ragnauruk, but I wacthed the battle again and Belial did burst Cyclone. I like that when a bey burst, it actually explodes. Very nice.

The episode starts with Bell switching to high mode and I must say and the animation of the chaning to high mode is A-teir. On to the battles Ranzou can land a point, Bell just keeps on winning. They land a tie and after that Basara and Hannah invite them for dinner, well Ranzou anyways. The funny thing about this is that Bell just comes in uninvited and steals Ranzou's cury. It seems like these meaning Ranzou and Bell will not only be frineds but rivals but not just in beyblade but for other things like you can wash the dishes faster. I love when Bell bails out. Leaves Ranzou all alone. Looks like Bell and Ranzou will be very good friends. Don't know where Bell is going but this episode was a 7/10. I just wish that we got a propor battle thsi episode like etheir Belial or Ragnaruk bursting.

So, yeah, we all saw this coming: Ragnaruk bursts in the second round...with yet another Dynamite Bomber, but this one is from above. Thought it'll be a sort of Buster move, but it's okay nevertheless. In any case, Bell brags about his win with the usual 'you're not weak, I'm just strong' but Ranzo counters with the fact that Bell couldn't win in Low Mode so he was forced to switch into High Mode. The two bicker for some time then start battling again, and Bell keeps winning for a good while (the faces they made were pretty hilarious ngl) until that one battle where they're both low on stamina, then the Never Driver makes contact with the floor and regains enough stamina to tie with Belial. Ranzo celebrates the draw, and Bell gets mad at him (I think he told him not to celebrate as a draw isn't a win but Ranzo keeps doing it anyway), and after that Hannah comes in to call Basara for dinner, saying they have curry.
They end up inviting Ranzo who looks pretty excited to try Mrs. Suiryu's curry, but then Bell struts in and snatches his plate. Anyway, after everyone finishes eating, Ranzo decides to help and wash the dishes. Bell looks intrigued by the concept and decides to battle Ranzo in washing (and uses a spoon to spray him with water because of course he does). The two end up making enough foam to flood the kitchen, and...they decide to battle in that too. Bell makes Ranzo slip in the foam and bails from washing the dishes, and the conehead yells after him.
Sometime later, Bell is back in his mansion, training and thinking about his battles with Ranzo, while said Blader trains in the park and thinks of the same battles. The siblings watch him train, Basara says something and Hannah replies with something about Rivals. Basara repeats the word to himself...and the episode ends.
(Dammit why did I write all of this in the first place? Guess I'll just keep it there because there's no way I'm erasing all that)
Anyway, the episode was pretty fun (even if the battle was nothing too special), I'm really loving the chemistry between the DB trio rn and heck, if they'll spend the first 10 episodes or so focusing on just them and their bonds, then so be it. Looking forward to Basara's battle next episode, looks like it'll be fun.

the episode was again pretty solid. the moments and gags with Bell and Ransou are pretty wholesome and full of lols and i like that the writers are trying to actually develop the rivalry and friendship between Bell and Ransou instead of it being just the "oh i won and you lost, lets be friends" trope that i see way too often (i cant tell you how many fanfics ive read with that nonsense!). the filler moments once again were very entertaining.
the battle was actually really good, i loved the explosion effect when Belial used Dynamite Bomber and when Ragnaruk burst.
Overall Rating: 9/10

This has to be be suspenseful. If the mode change is something odd or flicking stupid, I'll rage. This battle just MUST be good. Hope Bell loses this one though. Bell just can't win every battle. I know the episode's out, I'll watch it now.

yes, I only have 1 minute till the episode ends, I saw him getting bodied and creamed.
Let's hope free or valt clap Bell. And some stupid update makes the Lord Amigo of Cringe (real name of Lord Ranzo) more powerful. We all know the Great Amigo is hiding his power.
