Agreed. Its perform good on DB stadium, so might be better on standard stadium.

Also from the first guy Savior video, his Valkyrie can take belial hard hit better and not burst at all. Is it possible that 2nd guy video Valkyrie is having some defect?

Undoubtedly because of the fact that the core only has two teeth, combine this with the intense recoil of Savior and you have a good old Slash Valkyrie issue. The heavy impacts that occur at the beginning of every battle will essentially always cause the first tooth on a layer to click on most non-double chassis beys seeing as that is when recoil is at its highest. That being said, Valkyrie having two teeth basically limits it to one in a logical sense. Regardless, I do think that the core and blade should both be decent, they just don't work together in this particular stock combo.
After seeing some videos with Savior Valkyrie, the burst resistance is awful.
I won't lie, the parts look great though. Both Savior and the Valkyrie chip have hugh potential. Shot doesn't even look that bad.

I saw a video when Savior vs rage, it took rage attack very well actually, i think the bursting is 50/50 chance not because by the teeth but by the bound gimmick, also possibly because Savior too tall so most attack beyblade will actually hit Sh driver instead of the layer.

You shouldn’t judge based off stock combos, since oftentimes they hold certain parts back. The bound gimmick could definitely be holding it back due to the force put on the teeth when it bounds. Wait for testing of the individual parts before making a conclusion like that.
I think you're underselling it a bit. Savior has potential (not as much as Brave, but it's still a decent choice for Right-spin Attack) and Valkyrie has a unique gimmick that could make or break it, depending on whether the springs pressure the teeth that much or not. As for Shot...well, the gimmick was doomed to fail, but it actually has decent stamina and can see play as a Stationary Attack Driver.

The bound gimmick probably increases the burst resistance though.
Brave was a pretty good Attack Ring in its time, and while Savior lacks some of the rubber and its hits might not be as hard, it still has potential. We still can't judge without testing it on its own tho.
Comparing savior to brave is really hard rn since we haven't seen savior without the bound gimmick and brave is pretty awful in terms of attack this why you see brave more often with Xt+, Ds' than X' in competitive usage because it is more used for equalizing other than attack heck even judgement is still better at attacking than brave and brave now got no relevance because of the new releases. I could see savior having the attack potential but as for now I won't judge since we haven't seen it's full capability. As for valkyrie core i have low hopes because it might make a bey burst faster as the disc reaches the halfway point for bursting when the bound gimmick is activated tho this core might be good so who knows . and finally Shot I honestly don't know what to feel about this driver it probably won't be that good in standard but maybe it would in limited since this driver is pretty heavy. Again for the last time this bey hasn't been officially released and only some people has it we have to wait and see for like a month or 2 weeks till we can judge this bey we could be getting a vanish blade situation here where i heard it was bad in the first week but now look at it being of the most used db part
I can't say that Brave is better. The reason why it's strong is because of 2A. But of course TT lied to us to get more money as expected. However High mode is better in this bey
I see very high potential for Dynamite Valkyrie with F Gear. And also, Savior Belial.
