Im going to try and keep this thread as short as possible

I just finished watching the Sparking anime, and surprisingly have not bought any Sparking beys. Given a new season is about to start, should I just wait for DB to start playing competitively, or should I maybe buy Sparking beys?

If so, some of the Sparking beys I had on my mind were Brave Valkyrie, Super Hyperion, Tempest Dragon, Lucifer the End, and Limit Break DX. Tempest and the Limit Break beys are in sets, however, and much more expensive than I'd like to pay on a single bey. Is there a place I could find the individual beys for cheaper?

Besides that, are there any other recommendations for what beys I should get if I start competitively?

Good Choice on wanting to start competitively. My recommendation is that we haven't seen the highlights and possible abilities of the new Beys,so I recommend you buy some of the mains in superking.

Any in specific that you'd recommend? I heard Longinus is good, but Brave, Tempest and Hyperion are some of my personal favorites from the season
I would buy sparking beys like: brave Valkyrie, rage Longinus, Lucifer the end, glide Ragnarök, world spriggan.

Idk about the new beys if you should buy them. im personally waiting for beytubers to review the new stadium and launcher. if its good ill buy it. if not, ill stick with sparking launchers and the standard stadium along with my big stadium.

Sure! For attack:
Rage Longinus Destroy' 3A
Brave Valkyrie Ev' 2A
Try to Get X'
For Stamina:
Tempest Dragon Cm 1A
Glide Ragnaruk Wh R 1S
Union Achilles Cn Xt+ Retsu (for Xt+)
Variant Lucifer Mobius 2D (if you are tighter enough on budget this alr gives you a good Chassis, Chip, and driver.)
If not get LTE for Drift.

Variant Lucifer is good? I didn't know that, I've heard pretty bad things about it

And sorry for asking but what's LTE?

Variant a stock no good. I only recommend cos you can get some decent parts from it. All parts eschewing variant are good for Stamina.

LTE is Lucifer the end
Honestly I'd skip any attack type ring/chassis because that's the one beyblade type that gets powercreeped every season. While you can't go wrong with the stamina oriented ones because more weight doesn't equal more stamina.
I'd say try going for Brave Valkyrie and the Limit Break DX set, that'd give you two decent Rings (Brave and...Volcano?), a great Chassis (2A), two competitive Drivers (Evolution' and Zone'+Z), one good Driver (Xceed') and three nice Chips, two of which come with a Metal Chip Core.
I don't see Zone'+Z getting powercrept so soon, so it's some sort of a longtime investment to get the DX set if you ask me.
When was Evolution' competitive?
(Mar. 30, 2021  6:39 PM)BeyCrafter Wrote: [ -> ]When was Evolution' competitive?

ever since brave released. on the first ranked burst blader in the world's website, Beybase, he ranked evolution' the 2nd best driver for attack. only topped by Xtreme. And I can definitely see that. Ive used evolution in battles and I can control it perfectly and it has such big hits and its just so hard to describe. But evolution' is good.

those are all very good, add helios volcano, lucifer the end, and glide ragnaruk and you have yourself a competitive deck

Wdym? Evolution' has always been fairly competitive since its release.
Yes you should wait.

Volcano is a terrible ring tbh.
Xceed'+X is also a competitive driver. Burn has more use than Volcano.
Plus the set also comes with the two most powerful launchers as of now.
