Description:
Hurricane is a little used Forge disc that is generally considered as addable to Limited, doing Testing, I realised it was extremely capable at Burst Defence, but did not benefit Weight Based Combinations.
I think this is good to be added to Limited and could single handedly reduce the amount of bursts you could take. Yet it is very specific in it's uses, leading to it's possible unban in Limited.
So Go ahead and try some combinations!

In limited like all the op parts are all banned basically. Now u can only use single, dual, god and turbo parts(and only a few gt)

Actually, 0 would be better. Forgot that 00 has terrible burst resistance, especially on bearing
