Pretty much. They were really the only hope the galaxy had left. Fortunately, if Luke did turn to the dark, Leia would always be there to save him vice versa.

In your opinion, who is the worst actor you have seen in a Star Wars movie and why? For me it’s gotta be Hayden with his unconvincing emotional appeal and cringe romantic conflict. I don’t hate Hayden as a person or anything, just don’t like the acting.

But seeing Republic Commando return, even if it's just a re-release, on PS4 and Switch has me seriously hopeful for Delta's future.

I'd love to see Republic Commando 2, or even a series based off of them.

Random fun fact I guess: Luke actually has a recurring pain in his right called the “phantom limb pain.” This is due to it getting cut off by Vader. Don’t know if this is canon or legends since I read it years ago.

What I do know is that phantom limb pain is a very really condition that occurs Witt people who have limbs amputated.

probably Obi-Wan, Finn and Darth Maul.

Finn is honestly the biggest cast-aside the Star Wars franchise has ever had. Was a big character in s7 but he slowly feels less and less like a main character and more like a recurring one. No clue why they even did that since he was actually a good character as well. Even John Boyega was confused about it.

I think I’ve read somewhere that Disney only wanted Finn/John Boyega to have diversity in the cast, which wasn’t a good move.

Definitely a crappy move. Ironic though isn’t it? A character they don’t intentionally care about or make good ends up becoming one of their better characters. Finn was even a good fit for the former idea the sequels were trying to establish which is that you don’t have to be from some crazy background or family or origin (etc) to be important.
