Yea he does maybe one if the drawbacks could be that Belial is to heavy so bell has to strategize with a new shoot style or possbly use it in a certain way before he can do another action/move since i agree with you bell actually needs to learn how to use the gears not just randomly master it after one battle like Valt who had the the strike god and ultimate reboot attachments and aiga traning to use the different modes of extend plus

I wouldn't say that Savior Valkyrie will destroy Belial. It will be Rashad's second bey. However by becoming perfect he won't get stronger so evolution will have sense to keep Stronger. Well we will see in future

Yea i would say rashad would destroy it with his actual bey but i dont think he would with either bey because why would they advertise the gears as well Evolution gears to evolve belial if he was just going to make a new belial? The gears might as well not have been made if that was the case but if bell does i think Valt would still get a bey as the rule of 3 would still stand with the evidence of past trends of previous seasons and release and the extra addition of when you look at both anime and manga posters and the anime/manga it mainly focuses/advertises Bell Valt and Rashad being the 3 most important characters plus it would make sense for valt to another valkyrie like have a exclusive valkyrie like rashad would have his own exclusive bey and due to him being one of the most important characters also playing a role in rashad and bells story. Really interesting, and good so far. In the manga he already has more of a presence though, they're still setting him up in the anime. However in the any and manga he's pretty good so far.

Also, the manga is handling Rashad amazingly. His over the top hero factor against the more villainous protag, Bell. Man, why can't the anime be more like the manga sometimes. Don't really care that he's number 1 either, since it adds to his aesthetic and it's not like Valt will always reign supreme. I guess it's kinda random and could be more interesting if it was a literal delusion, but the point still stands.

I just realized beyblade manga are actually better than anime, why is the anime adaptation is different with the manga?
Probably because more kids see the anime than they read the manga, and therefore it's a bit more children-friendly and mainly aims to sell the products. This doesn't warrant such a degree of deviation from the manga though, and certainly doesn't warrant skipping entire character arcs for fanservice tournament (looking at you, Sparking). I still like the anime a tiny bit more, but that's because I can't get the manga and thus watch it more often.

So they explained to us how Valt become World Champion. It seems that between Sparking and DB there was World Champion cup and Valt won. They didn't explain how Rashad become #1, and Rashad don't have avatar. He also used Lolypop to beat mugger.

I actually have a question i know this is slightly GT related but when the DB manga mentioned Valt won the world tournament for the second time in a row what tournament did he win in gt? I heard and saw it was something about a senior league? Is the senior league he won a type of world league or is it a entirely different thing? Just curious

So that means when Valt participated and won the second world tournament (after sparking) he was already world champion and just protected his title?
