How are rubber flat tips faster than plastic flat tips? How are they more aggressive as well?

Friction Rubber makes more friction against the stadium which transfers to faster movements most of the time Plastic Is slippery but it can get to faster Speeds than rubber but it has weaker impact force and slower acceleration
