To answer your first question, yes

To answer your second question, they are all L/R

Get the Hasbro legends/hyperblades series only (the version before had hollowed out parts and Hasbro legends are better than TT)

The systems include pre-hybrid wheel system in which the fusion wheel and energy ring were merged, hybrid wheel where there was a separate Fusion wheel and energy ring, 4D in which the fusion wheel was split into 2 (for the most part) parts and featured mode changes (Variares being the only exception), these fusion wheels/pc frames aren’t compatible with each other and only work with certain combos any other such fitting is illegal also some spin tracks and tips are merged together (you can tell because they will have D like Final Drive [F: D] final survive is an exception as it’s initials are F : S , finally there’s zero-g in which there is a chrome wheel (made out of plastic) and a warrior wheel (made out of metal) this version offered synchrome in which you could take 2 warrior wheels and combine them together (for example Pegasus Dragoon).
ok yes????
You kids don’t know the legends of beyblade. If it weren’t for MFB Burst would be dead. Back in my day we used to have 20 bucks and we would save up to get rbv after rbv to get jade jupiter

I didnt even played that much, I only had a TT storm pegasis (which broke), a hasbro storm aquario  (I lost before I moved to the u.s) and a fake bull.

Thank you
its cool we can make lightning pegasis (even if just the l-drago ring worked)
can you make a lightning L-drago but with the rubber of the meteo l-drago ring or the energy rings are also not compatible?

L-drago energy rings aren’t compatible, although I think you can take the assault ring and place it on destructor
