I will be honest, I know nothing about beyblades other that what my son has told me. He has been into them for 6-7 years but has never really had any friends to play with. Somehow, his interest in them has not diminished at all despite lack of people to play with. I try to play with him but I have no idea what I’m doing. I heard the best way is to host a tournament but I am at a lost as to how to set it up. Is it a conflict of interest for me to organize a tournament and have my son enter? He honestly has no interest in winning and I just want him to meet some passionate people that he can talk to about his hobby.
Any help would be appreciated.
Maybe you could become an organizer on WBO and host a WBO tournament and get your son on WBO so he can participate?

Well first of all he needs to be 13 to host atleast so if he isn’t old enough you will have to host, he can play just you will be in charge of running the tournament if so. Make sure he or you knows how the beyblade battles work. (You probably do as you said)
After you learn how beyblade works read this and follow what it says to do and learn how the formats work.

If you pass and your an organizer you can put up your first tournament!

You don’t need to participate if your an organizer but your son will need a separate account as account sharing is banned if you are hosting/participating . Even if you don’t participate know how it works or even look for any judges. You also need a standard Takara tomy stadium so look into that. You can find it on a website called “BeysAndBricks”

Well first of all he’s too young to host so you will have to host, he can play just you will be in charge of running the tournament. I advise you to learn about beyblade too before organizing.
