So I just got my first beyblade that my friend recommended me and in 2 days it’s already broken and I can’t change modes. I can’t change the mode to attack. What do I do??

What is a energy layer? I’m really new to this stuff

TT Salamander is significantly harder to move. You have to put a bit of force into it, and remember that when looking at the front of the layer, the metal has to go to the left to go to attack mode.

it is the metal layer that is on the outside of the beyblade

the part is probably jammed because of dirt or defective mold

My sis has hell, its probably a bit jammed. just put a bit of force into it. pull the red tab on the underside of the layer down, then push the metal and non-metal blades together. Make sure to pull the red tab back up. If this doesn't work, wipe the mechanism down with a cloth.

yeah if that doesn't work you can always just take it apart and shave of what blocking it

its not stuck or anything
i also have trouble switching modes when I first opened it
I have 2 hell salamder
1 hasbro heat
but the switch gimmick on hell to change def to attack is really difficult there isn't any reason to send pictures or saying it doesn't have rust or anything
its really comman to be impossible to switch modes when tt realsed hell they probably toaught it would switch in middle of battle like the op driver
while heat salamder actually had a weak change gimmick that change mods anytime when you launch the beyblade
there isn't anything wrong with your slamader its just really hard to change modes
a lot people have the same issue if you want you have to put great force to change mods
