Now I got at least one evidence of this happening. For comparison, Brave Valkyrie Sparking chip during the 2nd day I bought it vs now.

It's pretty minor, but I do still want to know why this is happening

But the thing is, I haven't even spun this thing.
I noticed the same problem with the golden edges of my Achilles (around the outer edges under the face)
there's many reasons why is the panit maybe comeing of
do you store all your beyblade at a tight spot that can gam them
that could be a reason for this solution or
my second thought is that when the beyblade is spinning in the staudiam you may be grabbing the beyblade and from highspeed that could chip of the paint from finger pressure that cause whipping the paint without notcieing.
I thought the plastic have the color and not it was painted

Some of the plastic isn’t painted, like most of the gold on lord spriggan or the blue on brave valkyrie. There is also painted plastic, mainly on the gt/superking chip or top of the layer.
When you bought it?
