Can someone make a tier list for the best parts in the current metagame? ( S and A+ Tier is the highest, A, and B Tier for second highest C and D tier for mid-range/decent and E and F Tier for the lowest )

Tempest,Rage,World,brave,Wheel,3A,1S,2A,2S,Xtend+,Mobius,bearing,drift,Evolution’,Destroy’,Jolt’, Xtreme’,zone’+z,Atomic,cross,wall,glaive 

Edit: Xtreme’ needs to be replaced somewhat frequently after it wears down.

Tier A+

Master,naked,mirage,curse,Perfect,lord,Apocalypse,Phoenix,judgment,00,0,2B,2D,1A,sting,blitz,paradox,around,hybrid,ultimate reboot’,keep’,octa,orbit metal,wave,xceed’,dimension’,bump,dagger,vanguard

TierA

Rise,Zwei,Cosmo,Imperial,glide,1D,bigbang genesis,Archer Hercules,hell salamander,Unite’, most other drivers

Anything below tier A is probably way to outclassed to be useful. 
TierC/D/E/F

Every lighter weight disc, some like 2 and 7 come close, but with only 1,3, or 5 Beys per deck there’s only so much room for parts. Every old layer, some gt bases like ace,bushin,venom,erase,etc. A few drivers are exceptionally bad like trick,bullet,and quest.

I did not list Lucifer The End’s parts except for Drift because while they seem good I haven’t seen it compared to much else, the same goes for Helios Volcano and zone’+z. I also did not list sparking chips,gt chips,layer weights,limit break chassis,sparking chip cores,level chips. This is not exact, just my opinion.

yes, but I tried with my master diabolos and it still sucks
its super overused and overrated, and when it wears down, it becomes a worse keep'

I dont have rage I am saving for the triple set so I can get tempest
rage might be good but is a booster so it would not be the best choice since I only have hyperion and I cannot customize between them since 3a is left spin only 1a is right spin only

 Xtreme’ has been on a lot of winning combinations (attack types), in one of the beyblade articles it says that it could even be considered the best dash driver, and that if weaker ones were released first they might have had a chance to be used. It had poor stamina so if you tried to use it for that, then yes it’s awful. I think that while Evolution’ is faster Xtreme’ seems easier to control, it has less stamina than destroy’, but is more aggressive. I don’t think spin direction changes anything for that driver, I’ve seen it used on judgement perfectly fine, it was even on the (pre sparking) top5 combos list.

How would you put Bearing on the Meta Parts Tierlist?

mine sucks, it does not even attack well
I try doing a rush launch and when it gets close it comes back (not hitting), when I do a flat launch it does not even hit the opponent cause it stays in the center

well I dont use it much but is worn down to the point is round, I did not even used it much so it could be like that since I got it or  it wears down really quickly

That would explain the poor attack, Beybase also says the rubber is soft and the driver often needs to be replaced to be competitive.

I guess? But the list is mainly about how strong they are, if I was ranking sparking chips Solomon/Lucifer2 would be #1 even though Solomon is very expensive.

yeah, but is still the heaviest chip cause it has an option to use a metal chip core

I think spriggan is usually heavier, but has bad burst resistance.

Zone´Z should be either in the S Tier or A Tier list
