Free vs Shu
Free beats Valt in the semis of God instead of forfeiting.
Free: "So Red Eye huh, I will end your winning streak here!”
Shu: “A bey like Fafnir won’t be able to beat me!”
Free: “We will see about that!”
First battle: “Ready, set! 3, 2, 1, go shoot!” the two bladers exclaim simultaneously.
Fafnir takes the center while Spriggan in circling in right spin stamina.
Free: “This fool, he thinks his copycat bey can outspin mine heh.”
Shu: ”He fell for it, perfect.”
Spriggan and Fafnir start colliding repeatedly draining spin from each other.
Shu: “Requiem Spin!”
Free: “Drain Spin!”
Both beys absorb each other's spin, but Fafnir is more efficient with its three-sided design. Spriggan starts to wobble while Fafnir takes the center.
Free: “Too easy.”
Shu: “That’s what you thought, I’d expect more from the top blader. Now Spriggan! Counter Break!”
Spriggan uses its tip to speed up drastically into Fafnir, with its slower spin the attack is effective. It sends Fafnir flying.
Free: “Not bad, but not enough.”
Fafnir lands on the edge but the Nothing driver absorbs the impact. Both beys start shaking and eventually run out of stamina at the same time.
Shu: “Grrrr, he does not even seem like he is trying.”
Free: “I’ll end this right now!” His veins pop up and his eyes glow.
Shu starts panicking, but Spriggan summons him in the avatar world.
Spriggan: “You have the perfect power remember! We can counter anything!
Shu gets transported into the real world and changes Zeta’s tip.
Both bladers ready up their launches as the referee counts down to zero.
“Go shoot!”
Both beys land in the center and Spriggan is in clockwise defense mode.
Free: “Don’t give them any time to react! Nothing Break!”
Fafnir retracts its tip fully revealing a flat surfaces and speeds up towards Spriggan at the center.
Shu: “We can overcome anything! Time for Requiem shield!”
Spriggan’s rubber starts glowing as the Zeta tip’s ball shape stands its ground as Fafnir barrages it. The clockwise spin helps reduce impact as Fafnir starts slowing down as well as Spriggan. Finally, a good hit sends both beys flying.
Free: “Ugh, get its spin!”
Fafnir heads for Spriggan.
Shu: “You will not touch us! Counterb-” He then realized he did not possess this ability anymore.
Free takes Spriggan’s spin and out spins it by a second.
Free: “A fake like you will never defeat us!”
Shu: Aura grows “End of the line Hoya! We will destroy you!”
Third battle: “Ready, set, 3, 2, 1, go shoot!”
Both bladers launch their beys at astounding power, and this time Spriggan is in counterclockwise attack mode.
Free: “He is finally using it huh! This will be fun! NOTHING BREAK!”
Both beys clash repeatedly multiple times at breakneck speeds. It seems like Fafnir’s attacks are better but after it sends Spriggan flying, it’s tip switches to stamina mode.
Shu: “Bet you did not expect this, that I was just a brute head huh? Get a taste of your medicine!”
Fafnir does not have enough stamina to out spin Spriggan but still hits it as a sign of perseverance. In return, Spriggan tilts and uses Counter break against it, ringing it out as well as bursting it after it touched the ground.
Shu :” It isn’t over yet? Annoying brat.” Spriggan fully takes control now.
Free: Powers up even more.
The fourth, fifth and sixth battle all pass the same.
Both beys land and immediately act like attack times barraging each other constantly each hit creating a shockwave. All these matches end in double burst finishes.
Both bladers are getting tired and their arms are getting strained. They prepare for a final launch.
“Seventh battle! Ready, set, 3, 2, 1, go shoot!”
Free and Shu have their arms injured at this launch but ignore the pain.
Shu: “This is how it ends! Requiem Spin!
Spriggan in clockwise stamina mode glows and readies itself at the center, but Free had the same idea.
Free: “Two can play at that game! Drain Spin!”
Both beys clash fiercely while Fafnir starts lowering and Spriggan goes tilted.
Shu: “Go for it!"
Spriggan collides with Fafnir multiple times with its tip mixed contact points, but Fafnir tanks them all while retracting. Once it is fully retracted, both beys clash and head for the edge.
Free: “This is our true power! Ultimate Nothing Break!”
Fafnir speeds up drastically and circles around the stadium.
Spriggan/Shu: “We are unstoppable! Ultimate Counter Break!”
Both beys clash at the edge in the middle once, twice, thrice. No one can keep up with their speeds. At last the pursuit ends as Spriggan is sent flying into the air after colliding with a non-retracted Fafnir at the center with lower spin speeds.
Spriggan/Shu: “You thought this was over, but we cannot be defeated!”
Spriggan switches tips to attack mode and heads straight for Fafnir.
Free: “He went in stamina to be able to switch to a stronger resort later! Smart but...”
Spriggan/Shu: “REQUIEM WHIP!”
Spriggan collides with Fafnir and slashes through it...
Free: “We won’t give in! FAFNIR! (avatar pops up). You might be perfect, but at everything at every time? I doubt it.”
Fafnir tanked the hit as they were in opposite spin directions and lost most its spin.
Shu: “You have already lost.”
Spriggan heads for Fafnir once again.
Fafnir had its tip retracted from the previous attack though even with all the stamina loss and headed to Spriggan faster than it could come for it with nigh stamina and delivers one last slow-motion attack. A huge shockwave is created as both beys bursted near instantly.
The referee checked the tape and saw that Spriggan bursted a split moment before.
Referee: “By a score of 3 to 1, Free is the cha-
The whole crowd was shocked though, since although Free won, Fafnir shattered moments later.
Shu became unpossessed of Spriggan finally but Free passed out as he lost connection with Fafnir...
Fafnir vs Spriggan in God structure might not be perfect but I made this a real end of season battle with exactly a thousand words.
