Could someone help me understand how burst names their beyblades? The X and the hyphens and numbers don’t make any sense to me! Lol thanks all!

Are talking about TT or Hasbro specifically? Or does it not matter?

Well now that you mention I’d be interested in learning both.
For Hasbro, all unpopular beyblades were resold and recolored with a material/object preceding an -X in the name

Iron-X Surtr
Lava-X Anubion
Thorns-X minoboros
And the random numbers and letters represent part names. For example, D08 is code for the Central Forge Disc and TD11-S is code for the Yard-S Performance Tip.

This is a misuse of the "Product" tag. This would be a better question for the Beyblade Q&A subforum, or Beyblade Random Thoughts.
