Honestly I had faith in it being Deathscyther from the beginning mainly because I like Deathscyther. I mean yeah, Xcalibur is cool but we have gotten it sooo many times as compared to Deathscyther. I think that it was chosen to be Deathsycther based on the character poll which heavily implies the next product is Wyvern.
The Deathscyther series is my favourite of Burst (even if Killer Deathscyther wasn't good performance-wise), so this was definitely a nice surprise. I guess you could say it
sparked my interest in the series more.
I would've been fine with Xcalibur too, since the previous Xcalibur beys are mostly really good or fun.

What’s interesting about the new Deathscyther is that it’s description reads “metal slash.” This would theoretically imply that its scythe is made out of metal. If that’s the case then this is the first sparking legend bey to not retain its past staple gimmick (not including Valkyrie that doesn’t have a staple gimmick). I think this does make sense since Killer Deathscythers gimmick was completely ineffective and was the only god ability that never even at least functioned since the blue blade could never actually reach past the black blade for the “double strike” making it the only burst gimmick that actually doesn’t work whatsoever.
I feel like Deathsycther wont be as good as other beys. But will see
In my opinion, this Deathscyther will have 1A or 2A for sure, Random Boosters have always 1 old part at least.
I do not think that TT will make a new metal chassis for a random... 😅
