As an Achilles/Aiga big fan, I hate to say it. Yeah, you're right. Driver is meh and the chassis is terrible at 1B. Hopefully we can get a good layer in Infinite. I hope the swords are metal.

I don’t think 1B is bad but they could have at least given us a new single chassis and an old disk so the entire layer could be new while the driver and disk remained reused but the best they could do is give us a new ring and chip, not even a complete layer... wow.
Judging by the layer shape probably it will be not meta changing but good like Super and First but not as quite as brave and mirage probably im wrong here so don't take this 100 serious

Honestly I love the ring anyway. Union gimmick is just too awesome.
This is purely my observation, the anime shapes tend to be more jagged than the actual product, and infinite is pretty jagged from what I’ve seen in its cgi model. However, even with its jagged edges it still does not seem like a bey that will change anything, for example look at the new spriggan, even though it lacks rubber it more than makes up for it with its gimmick and dual spin chip, infinite achilles doesn’t seem to be like that, not only does it have barely any new parts, but the parts don’t even seem like they do anything. Also the reissue parts are just awful, I personally think Xt’ could’ve been made here, but they opted for dimension’. Dimension’ is good as a rubber sharp tip for like 5 matches then it’s worn down and impossible to control, this is an issue that only exists because of its design, the sharp tip would work fine, but it has such little exposure rendering it null. 1B is just an odd choice, I know that TT is at a point where they should redo parts, like with weights we got a reissue of Zan on judgement joker, but chassis are parts that essentially are based of their original layer so it’s odd seeing old chassis in new rings, furthermore unlike tempest and 1A, 1B doesn’t even align with its ring. The entire bey is just odd, the achilles line was never any good, and desperately requires metal.
Ofcourse if we find out that infinite is indeed great, I’ll take back everything I said. But I really doubt it
Infinite is probably the heaviest ring to date.

I guess if achilles doesn't have new parts maybe a remake bey will have a debut in here with new parts
This is a bit of a letdown. Hopefully the layer itself is decent, because Dimension' and 1B certainly aren't when compared to what else you could be using.
Yeah, there's definitely a second prize bey in here with one new part in here, since there needs to be three of them.

How did you know? Have you seen the actual Infinite Achilles? All I can say is we wait for episode 22 for Aiga to share Achilles' features. Sure, TT giving 1B to Achilles disappointing, but I believe there's a glimmer of hope for Infinite layer. Who knows maybe the swords do actually have metal on it. Or maybe the Union-like blue sword gimmick will make the whole layer heavier or maybe it has rubber on it. It's all speculation for now, though. But TT making up for their disappointing decision to give Achilles 1B by possibly making the Infinite layer something to look for or competitive will do.
Marutti. Is it confirmed that this will indeed be Infinite Achilles and not a rumor anymore? If yes, can you try finding what other beys are in this booster including the parts?
I don't think the sword will be metal bcs normal mode have it very exposed,unlike rage
The Union-like blue sword gimmick will likely make it heavier bcs it covered up almost all contacts point make it too dangerous to be rubber as it is a balance type

What I'm trying to say about the metal is like Z Achilles...the metal is on top then on the sides of the swords..it's plastic like Union's.. As for the rubber, maybe on the shields part I guess, and not on the swords.

Infinite Achilles looks a lot like Cho-Z Achilles. It has its own flair which I like but yeah, it does look very similar to Cho-Z Achilles. Dimension’ was inevitable since it was either this or Xtend’. But 1B...I’m not even gonna try and defend this. 1B is outrageous for something shaped like this. I would’ve rather had a single chassis 3B than this. 3B Convert would’ve been better than 1B IMO. Looks like it’ll be red but still. The gimmick is similar to union’s from what I can see except you take it off from the bottom. Looking at the Infinite Ring sideways, this thing looks like it has the shape of Imperial. I think it will likely have potential. Regular mode just looks almost exactly like Cho-Z Achilles with some shape differences.

It doesn't confirm that the Infinite layer has no metal on top of its swords. Maybe the picture you're referring to is the one from the anime or from the beyblade official website.
