I think Ben 10 is the strongest character cause they litterly gave a 16 year old a watch that can’t be removed, keeps him from dieing, keeps his hand with the watch from getting chopped off, and a alien that is close to the level of omnipotence and can blink and destroy/create a entire omniverse
Giorno with GER, Heaven ascension Dio with the world over heaven, or Kira Yoshikage with killer queen bites the dust. GER can make it so that if you do something you didn’t do it and he can also create life and if you injure it you get injured to. KQBTD can rewind time and can explode objects out of existence. Heaven Ascension Dio can rewrite reality by punching things so he can just punch himself and make himself omnipotent.

Apollo from Saint Seiya, he's restarted the universe with 0.0000001 percent of his power or something like that, but every omnipotent god figure in fiction can do similar things so the strongest character in fiction doesn't really exist.

I would agree with you if Dio gone to heaven could rewrite himself to make himself beyond omnipotent (a concept made by DC) although DIO wouldn’t do this (he is too cocky), Star Platinum over heaven would.

Get stabbed by the arrows, go through a devil’s palm, get stabbed by the stone mask, be born with it, be so passionate about a skill (stands like this include Pearl Jam and hermit purple), and get a body part of Jesus (which exists only in one universe). So let me bring this up you know how in most seasons some voice actor and art style might change guess who did that not the writers in that universe like how dc has the writer as a character but alien x. Also you can’t gain omnipotence you have to be born with it but Ben can negate that by turning into alien x because when he turns into a alien he’s becoming it not his own version

After further research on Alien X I have came to a conclusion. Alien X wins if he can move in stopped time, but if he can’t than dio gone to heaven wins. Also if Dio manages to just touch him once he wins.
Now as for Giorno with GER GER would have a different ability since that is how the requiem arrow works (it gives you what you most need at the moment) but if it is the reset to zero ability GER might win if he gets Alien X to kill one of his creations (this can be done by surrounding himself with frogs via turning his clothes into a frog army or a python that wraps around his body.

then why does he have to be with his stand user if he was omnipotent and has unlimited power then he wouldn’t have to be with his stand user he could do whatever he wants but he has to be meaning he’s not omnipotent
