In my family we talk about whose food is better.Wendy's or Mcdonald's?Personally,I think Wendy's is better.But that's my opinion.

Mcdonald's is revolting garbage now, everything tastes like beef that was recycled in a cooler and fried inside used grease. Vegetables taste like processed sugar blend product because the fries and the lettuce are sort of sugary. The bun's are always several steps below Whataburger and Jack in the Box.
The adverts are the worst thing though, over here the demographic commercials include dropout hipsters and ethnical stereotypes.
FYI about that last part, I mean every pre-grad student in the senior year has to assume every member of another ethnic group has a music or a clothing preference.

The only things I like from McDonalds are the double cheeseburgers, McGriddles and their fries. Everything else is garbage. I used to like Harveys, now it makes me feel sick. Burger King is good, but not everyday. Wendys is too bland for me.

McDonalds have tried to reinvent themselves. Aside from the alleged "healthy menu", their modern makeover only attempts to mask their food.
They've done that several times and they end up throwing stuff into the advertisements that irritate me.
i don't like mcdonald's,one reason is their fatty food.blech!another reason is the ads.too convincing!another reason,the cheap toys.parents have spent tons of money on their little children so they can have the toy in the meal.tons of food gone to waste!they disgust me.

Pfft. All Fast Food is disgusting. In Japan though, I like McDonalds a lot, their original menu is top-notch. Wendy's is okay too; I especially like the Chicken Sandwich and Frosty.

I dont eat much fast food, but Wendys is new and exciting compared to McDonalds, which used to be awesome, but now could be described as "stale"
If anyone hates blue cheese dressing, give the bacon and blue from wendy's a go, it's not like that fake wussy-arse bat turd sauce you get in the dressing form. It's actually pretty good.
i like the fries from mc donalds. i do not like wendy's accually my fave is neither i like carols jr better. but i dont get to eat it much...........maybe thats why i like it its just a rare chance to have it.

Fresh caremellised onion beef burgers. Hells yeah. I don't care about them being healthy/unhealthy they just taste nicer. I am actually sick of Jamie Oliver and his crappy fatty pork sausage adverts though, pretending like they're all healthy.
It's gotta be McDonalds by the way. I actually ate there so often for the first few months of my sixth form that I knew the name of a guy that worked there and he knew exactly what I always ordered. >_>

Well, as is usual with any place that serves food, as a consumer you don't see all of the things that go into making the food and the sort of environment that it's made in.
As an employee behind the counter, your eyes are opened up to a lot of things that would make you think twice, if not three times, about eating the very food you're serving to people.
There's really nothing wrong with the food itself, at least not in my experience, it's more the cleanliness/sanitation issues that turned me off to eating at Subway. The same four knives are used all day long without being washed until the end of the night for making sandwiches, and while you would think that that would be fine since all you slice is bread, you'd be horribly mistaken.
They're used to open packages, to slice various meats and vegetables if the customer wants them in smaller pieces, as well as being used as tools to help fold over particularly large sandwiches.
Then there's the baine, which is the large cooler/display case where all of the meats and vegetables are kept. It's an absolute nightmare as far as sanitation goes, with all kinds of toppings getting accidentally thrown in with others. It's not until later at night after the store closes that you get to see the true nastyness though, because that's when we take off all the cutting boards and all of the containers and clean the inside of the baine. Trust me, it's disgusting.
