My hasbro lr launcher is only spinning left is there a way I can fix it
Your best bet is to just replace the launcher. Typically you'll have to replace it every so often as they do wear out over time.might not be the best answer you want to hear but it's the best thing to do. Also save that old launcher of yours and just keep it for left spinning beys. At least it still does that

also I would not recommend getting the new sparking launchers. I've seen a lot of reviews that they break in the same day. I would only purchase the cho-z Achilles starter for the launcher, or the master diabolos starter for the launcher. But I would try to avoid the new sparking launcher if you don't want to risk losing money. I bought one to test it so ill let you know
I would just replace the launcher if I were you. Try going the extra mile to get a Master Diabolosor Cho-Z Achilles launcher if your into string launchers, or Ace Dragon/Venom Diabolos launcher if your into ripcords. Keep in mind that LR string launchers are prone to breaking if you don’t launch them properly. Personally I would choose the ripcord launcher over it but that’s my opinion.
So I forgot to mention this is my second launcher the same exact thing happened to both
Hasbro LR launchers are frail, and you might be breaking yours with how you launch.

Ok update. I received my new sparking launcher and im at day 4. So far launcher seems really strong and no breaks yet. Every launcher eventually breaks, that's just the nature of beyblading. Always handy to keep an extra one and sometimes not worth fixing. I would again recommend getting a more durable launcher like the master diabolos launcher or choz achilles launcher. But as some others suggested, if your not into string launchers definitely get some rip cord launchers. They are pretty good 👍 but I don't believe they last as long as LR string launchers like the ones I mentioned. As I have tested both and found it does not have very good durability.
