MUST READ: COVID-19 Requirements in Effect
Due to COVID-19, all tournament participants and attendees are required to abide by the requirements linked below. If you do not, you may be asked to leave the tournament area. Thank you for your understanding and stay safe!

Please see additional event information and any local or federal requirements below.

NC bladers, after four months without WBO Beyblade tournaments, I am hosting one of the first (if not the first) tournaments since they stopped in mid March of 2020. Of course, only 10 participants will be allowed due to the limitations this pandemic has on events in NC.

Thanks to or the tournament name.

Precautions
This pandemic is still going on, and because of it, I want to take the following precautions:

1. Wear a mask/face covering at all times during the event.

2. Practice social distancing at all times, except when you are doing the countdown and launching in the tournament.

3. Do not touch another person’s Beyblades/launchers/stadiums.

4. Make sure to bring only one other person with you. The maximum for events is 24 according to the North Carolina governor, and that number includes family members, so we want to keep this number as low as possible and not exceed 24.

5. If you are sick, please do not come.

Tournament Format
This tournament will be run with the Round Robin format. This means that every Blader faces off against every other Blader. The top four advance to the finals using single elimination.

Tournament Time
This tournament starts at 1:00 PM. This means you should get here between 12:30 PM and 12:45 PM, since that is when registration will start. Registration closes at 1:00 PM, so make sure to be there before then.

Tournament Fee
This tournament costs $5 to enter. Make sure to have $5 when you come to this tournament and register.

Also, if you have a TT standard stadium, make sure to bring one. We don’t necessarily need one since I do have one we will use, but it can help make the tournament go faster.

Prizes
B-168 Booster Rage Longinus Destroy’ 3A
This event has been approved.

Also, make sure to read the guidelines and safety requirements and source the documentation for your area's phase in the future.

Thanks! Will do.
Also, I added your participant cap of 10. Hope it all goes well.

Me too. Also, is it just me or is the join button gone for the tournament? I’m not seeing it on my end.
Cant wait! Hope to apply
There's a lot of "if possible" and "except" in this OP. But let me make it clear.

Each participant may only bring one accompanying person with them. If there's more than one person with you per participating blader, you cannot attend. If you and a sibling are tournament participants, you can bring two parents/accompanying adults. We really do need to make sure there aren't too many people at the event, or the event will not be able to run. This person has a 10 participant maximum, the limit for events in North Carolina is 24 right now, and if people break the rules, the tournament can't happen.

You all need to read the https://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-Coronav...ournaments thread before clicking join.

Do not touch other people's beystadiums/beys/launchers. There will be no borrowing of parts. It says so right there in the requirements for attending tournaments during this difficult time. The only beystadiums you should be touching in any way are the tournament TT Burst Standard beystadiums (and those will be disinfected between each match), or your own for solo practice.

It bears repeating because a lot of you are going to forget:
6. Maintain Physical Distancing (2 meters/6 feet apart)
Except during the countdown prior to the beginning of a tournament match, all players are to maintain physical distancing from each other (at least 2 meters/6 feet apart).

During a match, after the Beyblades have been launched, players must take a step backwards from the stadium to meet the minimum physical distancing requirements outlined above.

After a match/round, players may approach the stadium one at a time under the direction of the judge to pick up their Beyblade.

If any part of these restrictions sound onerous to you and you do not agree to follow them, do not attend this tournament.
The hype is real.
good luck to you and make sure you guys stay safe! Good tip is to wear masks even outside and gloves 👌
Best regards for the tournament. Stay safe and have fun!
i think i can come

Now, are you sure? Because this tournament they're describing is in North Carolina. Do you live in North Carolina, or have someone willing to drive you many hours to North Carolina?
I hate to be rude, but do you know when the entry button will show up?

The admins are aware of it. They'll probably fix it tomorrow.  WAIT PATIENTLY.
I actually noticed there was a bug and I rushed here to change it lol, guess I was to late 😐
The registration bug is now fixed! Anyone wishing to join this tournament may now do so.
The requirements for attending WBO tournaments during the COVID-19 situation have been updated. At this time, waitlists pose an unsafe condition that may cause more attendees to arrive at a tournament in excess of what the local legal regulations allow.

Until the COVID-19 situation is mitigated, we cannot have waitlists for WBO tournaments. That means if you aren't registered for the tournament through this announcement thread before the day of the tournament, you will not be permitted to participate, and should not go to the tournament space. Safety first, bladers!
The tournament prize is now decided! There will only be one prize, and it is a first place prize. The prize is:

B-168 Booster Rage Longinus Destroy’ 3A.

Cool, Rage is great.
So excited my first sparking tournament
I am officially going to this BEYBLADE tournament!
Hey , I noticed you were signed up for the tournament in MD but didn't show up, and that you're signed up for this one too. Also, your profile says you live in Canada, so are you actually going to be coming to this event? If not, you need to deregister and let someone else take the spot.
I can’t come to the tournament can someone remove me from the list
