If you aren't going to open threads in the correct subforum, don't open threads.
You want the Anime and Manga subforum. And there's already a thread for this. Several, even, but I'd suggest Random Thoughts in that subforum.
Last time you did this I said "I take a rather dismal view when people post redundant threads on multiple occasions." That hasn't changed. Maybe don't post new threads and just find existing ones.
