The one when you go to tournaments, become an organizer, and then click take the quiz.

You can become an organizer now, yes. All you need to do is have 50 quality posts. At that point you can then take the Organizer’s Quiz. If you pass, congrats, you are an organizer. You don’t need to have a event planned.
