I order from everwish over 2 weeks ago and the tracking has yet to be update from its last update but my friends already getting his delivered next week and he order 4 days ago

The Site says why right when you open it but I guess I will quote it for you:
Attention:
1) For USA, we will ship by UPS SurePost or USPS First Class temporarily.
2) Other than USA, Due to the impact of coronavirus outbreak, shipping time will be delayed for around 2 weeks or more, depending on locations.
