A new Japanese fanclub site called Beyblade World has been launched, specifically for the various Beyblade anime series. https://www.beyblade-fc.com/

Making an account is free, the only stumbling block may be issues with your browser's translation, and you'll have to input your name in hiragana. Much of it is still under construction.  My favorite thing about it is the ability to see some of the concept art.  Some character and structure designs from Chouzetsu and Gatchi have already been added.

I don't understand this- * Set a character string of at least 8 characters that combines half-width alphabets (A-Z, a-z) and half-width numbers (0-9).

I'm not certain, but I can't see any reason why they would.  It's 100% centered on the anime. You do enter a birth date on the registration page.
