I was looking at my 00 Disc to see how many stars it has and on the bottom I see the number 4. I looked at my Spead Disc From Dranzer and I see a 3 on it. What do these numbers mean?
I believe that it correlates to the number of stars. Some images from my disks:

(If the images didn’t work, basically it shows my 0 disk with 3 stars and the number 3, and my 12 disk with 4 stars and the number 4)

My 8 disc has 2 stars and the number 4 on it though.
Are your discs by any chance from Hasbro?

Interesting. Maybe it shows mold variations?

Yes, yes they are.

I knew it. Hasbro discs have numbers engraved/labeled on their disc. That pretty much is a giveaway of the difference.

Not just that. For my opinion, I think Hasbro dis is much different in mold compared to TT (not counting the 7 disc, the 00 disc, and the number engravement).
I think that the Star/ Number system Hasbro uses is just like TT, who uses them to differentiate between identical disks in case of a burst, but also adds the numbers in as a sort of back up system in case of two disks being identical and having the same number of stars.
Stars are diffrent center of gravitys if you want to use the same disc but slightly different spin
