Kars uses bites the dust on Kirby, Kars shrinks uboat down so it goes inside Kirby's blood cells them blows up Kirby from the inside, Kars uses a Blank Disc on Kirby, Kars summons infinite copies of himself using D4C Ultimate that all have stands and beats up Kirby, etc.
He can also expand Uboat from the inside and it will grow to the size of a skyscraper. Kirby canonically can only fit something at big as a tree in his mouth so his body will be torn to shreads,
Also Made In Heaven has infinite speed.

Also, what makes you think Kirby's air stream is powerful enough to easily suck in Kars? King Dedede has the same one and it can be easily avoided. All Kars has to do is bump into Kirby a few times like any other enemy in the history of the Kirby franchise and he's dead.

No its a video game. Irl Kirby cannot respawn. Thats like saying Mario can respawn. He only respawns because they need you to keep playing the video game.

He can't Instantly sallow anything in an instant. Kirby's airstream can also be avoided like King DeDeDe's. It can be intense but even the intense ones are easily avoidable if you just run away or go over it. Kirby can also barely jump while He's sucking something.
