What about One Punch. He would speed blitz Dio if he really wanted to. Heaven’s door do be kind of OP. Hogyoku Aizen with kyoka suigetsu could also do it.

I'm watching DIU, the anime is good the villian one of the best ones I've ever seen, soundtrack is really good some characters are really good but the plot is generic, isn't bad, it's just generic and a little slow sometimes. I'm in episode 30 so, I'll give my preliminar rating; (8.5). Pros and Cons: 1.Stands, the best thing in Jojo. Their powers are creative, the references are cool(however they're just names that could be easily swaped). 2. Soundtracks: You may hate Jojo but you'll like at least one op or OST. 3.Characters: Many of them are really good and well developed but in jojo there are the main characters(Josuke, Jotaro, Kira, Koichi and Okuyasu maybe) the "Main" side characters(Rohan, Tanami, Hazamada, Yukako and Joestar) and the other side characters that are so bad developed that their deaths are insignificants. And Josuke is a good character but he didn't get any devolopment until ep 30, he's the protagonist but Koichi would've been the best choice for the slot. Kira: His development is so good his character is one of the most "real" villains in the animes, he try to keep his calm life at the same time he kills for (IDK the exact word for his but...) it's instincts, his mind is a mess, but he is still a genius. 4. The plot this anime has a quite slow plot, the first eps are basically; find a stand user, fight him next ep they're best friends. Also, until the ghost girl's ep the characters didn't have any motivation and the anime was moved by venture. In the overall the anime is really good.

He’s enslaved universes, but that’s not universal (you can’t exactly punch a Universe can you). I think Aizen has the upper edge due to kyoka suigetsu and the Hogyoku (which would still evolve him).
