How to awaken Hold' driver?
The method for this and for Volcanic' is just to use it a lot. The more you use the Driver, the looser it'll spin. Don't do the RC Car trick, because that ended up making my normal Volcanic feel less free-spinning than before. It might take hundreds of battles to "awaken" Hold' and Volcanic' in a tournament-legal way, but spraying silicone spray on the inside of the Driver might help if you don't plan on going to tournaments. You could also put silicone spray on your stadium to make battles more exciting and further enhance the "awakening" effect, but you'd have to clean the parts that you used in that stadium after battles to make sure they don't have silicone spray on them if you want to go to a tournament. A silicone sprayed Stadium would also be considered illegal for tournaments, but you could use that one exclusively at home and clean the parts you'll be using before the tournament, and you'll be fine.
