We don't need yet another Perfect Phoenix question thread. We really don't. At this point, Perfect Phoenix just needs its own megathread for all questions Perfect Phoenix.

Outer and 00Cross make the most sense. I wouldn't use Blitz here, but it would give you the most stamina.

from my testing 10Cross works pretty well but if you want pure stamina, id use Ωuter if you want pure weight and LAD id use 00Cross or 0Cross
