Yeah in that case you just say the disc and the frame directly after it ex. 00Cross. We don't use the apostrophe because certain parts have that in the name already, gets too confusing.

You think Octa is good for attack and its weak tho.

Yes, it's is specifically good on this combo because of high weight and the unbalanced nature of both X4 and Octa. Plus you'll see it on things like Octavor because of said weight and stationary attack power.
