So I’ve gotten Lord Spriggan a few weeks ago, and I can’t seem to find a good LAD combo for it. It seems to do perfectly fine on its own. I’ve tried combos that are competitive LAD wise on it, but they don’t seem to work. I’ve tried Lord Spriggan 00 Cross Atomic, but it doesn’t work. I’ve tried the same combo with Eternal, but that doesn’t work either. Are my combos just terrible, or is there something wrong? If you suggest a better combo, please tell me. Also, the point of this combo is spin steal and LAD.
You haven't tried Wall and Bearing? You should try Wall and Bearing.

That’s a good idea. But doesn’t Xtend+ have more LAD? (Please correct me if I’m wrong)
If I ever manage to get Bearing, I’ll try the combo out. Thanks!
Different tips have different LAD with different frames.
Have you tried these: 0/00Wall/Blitz/Ratchet.Bearing, 00Cross/Outer.Xtend+, Sting.Atomic, Outer/00/0/10.Eternal
Wall Bearing is great for equalization combos, like cho-z spriggan and lord spriggan

wall makes it so bearing stays upright when equalizing spin and bearing has good LAD

Thanks, I’ll be sure to try these out Smile

Yeah. Thanks for the info. I’ll try it out as soon as I get Deep Chaos.

Yeah. Do you recommend hand spinning it though? I’ve tried to hand spin Beyblades with the wall frame, and it never ends well. So should I soft launch? Regardless, thanks for explaining to me. I really appreciate it Smile
Hand spinning is illegal in any format, so your best bet is indeed soft launching (flat or tilt depending on the opposing Driver).
I remember one time someone wanted to hand spin in a match I was judging, I had to tell them no. What I didn't say was "Your bey is left spin and your opponent's bey is left spin. You Definitely don't want to hand spin."

It would have sucked for them if you said yes

Better answer to that player could've been "Sure, do that and I'll award a point to your opponent, no problem."

Honestly, they just didn't know. So I explained it to them.

I see. Well at least you've shown professionalism with that act. Hope they stop trying to hand spin in tournaments, cuz that's just sad.
Please use the "Build me a combo!" #2 topic in the Beyblade Customizations forum for questions of this nature.
Lord Spriggan (any spin direction), Blitz/Sting/Ωuter/0/10/00/7, Wall/Bump/Proof, Atomic/Orbit Metal/Eternal/Bearing/Xtend+ (Stamina Mode)/Destroy/Destroy'

Trust me: Lord Spriggan with any of these parts have INSANE LAD and Spin Equalization

Remove all of the tips besides Br and Xt+ and you got yourself a deal.
Lord Spriggan 00cross Destroy’ Great all around combo. A jack of all trades.

Use Expand instead
Expand restricts the use of sliding shoots.
Have you tried on left 00Cross/Glaive/Outer/Around, Xtend+/Bearing?

Not best for spin stealing but great combo none the less.
It’s supposed to be a combo that goes in opposite spin and tornado stalls when the opponent has less LAD than you, and a combo that can go in same spin and do a sliding shoot and knockout beys when the opponent has more LAD than you.

LAD doesn't matter in same spin
Yeah, that’s the point. When the opponent has more lad than you, then you go in same spin and go for a knockout. This way the opponent won’t beat you with LAD.

That’s not legal in WBO tournaments. You pick one spin direction and stick to it for the rest of the match.
But it’s legal when playing against friends... ?
