I'm guessing a good stamina combo with great burst resistance and good defence should do it like a hell salamander, perfect phoenix or archer Hercules combo. And maybe Hasbro's balkesh on ratchet and bearing but you'll have to test to find out.

Actually, Judgement and Zwei would have a good chance. Zwei could counter Lord Spriggan in left-spin mode and Judgement could counter it in right-spin mode.
