It depends on the what the areas meta is. Certain types beat others. And some areas use certain types more. Like here in NC Stamina/Defense types are used a lot. So to win you would want to use a good attack type. And for future reference this is best asked in Ask a question get an answer.

Don't use R145 and then it's a decent attack combo.

What are you talking about?! In today's meta of high-Track Defense and Stamina combos, why would he use a lower Track to counter them?
R145 would allow Gravity to make the most metal-contact, so he should be using that.

It's far better than the Gravity combo, for sure.

Its good. I personally prefer S130/H145 R2F. But what you have is good.

Yeah... It's pretty good. Although, I'd go with what Mousy wrote. If you don't have S130 & H145 and want to aim for a 145-based custom, use Gravity Ball.

MF-H Vari Ares LW105 LF is good for Attack

No it isn't. LF is a horrible tip and shouldn't be used in any occasion. He has RF and R2F, which is wayyyy better for attack.
