Is Zenith or Sting better for Cho-Z Valkyrie? I would think that the Zenith Disc would be better, but I've heard Cho-Z Valkyrie Sting Charge is a good combo?
Sting is a lot heavier than Zenith (almost 4 whole grams of difference), and it has great stamina. Zenith's selling point is that it has rubber, but layers almost never touch disks or frame anyway so its mostly useless.

There are also claims that Zenith has the weight focused on 3 sides which synergizes well with Valkyrie, but Blitz outclasses Zenith in that case (Blitz is as heavy as Sting, and it also has great OWD)
Blitz and Sting are two good choices; both due to their heavy weight. Blitz falls in line with Cho-Z Valkyrie's triangular shape and attack points. Sting is slightly heavier than Blitz, is fairly round and has higher recoil from my testing with it.

Alright sounds good. I guess Zenith is outclassed then?

Question: what’s up with Sting? Like what makes it such a good disc(both for attack combos and stamina combos)

Because of the sheer weight of sting (28 grams rufly) and still being somewhat round it makes it a better choice for same spin than 00 Wall, and a more heavy 0 Cross
Sting is just straight up heavy at around 28.7+ grams (rivaling 00W while not having bad scraping potential) and its good outer weight distribution.

I actually heard that sting has center weight distribution..... blitz is the disc with outer weight distribution.

Blitz does have greater outer weight distribution than Sting but I wouldn't consider Sting to be a CWD disc, it definitely acts and looks like a disc with fairly high OWD.
