Wow, I remember when you could easily buy the BB-22 Stamina and Defense Resuffle Set for around $20 (including shipping) on ebay...
The Sono Kong Stamina and Defense Set would probably be his best option right now. Everything else has either gotten really expensive or rare.

BB-25 is very rare because it had a limited release and it is not produced anymore. It might cost a lot if you find one, even if it is not Pisces.
