So I have been thinking about this for a while. I live in India so I have never ever got my hands upon these random boosters but by next month I will be going to Singapore so I might buy RBV9 or RBV10.
Seeing that for black Spriggan Requiem the engraving near the code on back of the box in different that is K14 while for a normal Sr it is K13, I wanted to know if there was some kind of differece between all different beys of Random Booster

I guess there are stores in Singapore well my dad is in Singapore so I have told him to find a toy shop where we get rare beys easily
I can report if my dad finds one
I don't think that there is a way to distinguish Random Booster boxes that have the prize beys from the ones without the prize beys, but try taking the weight into consideration, or sounds made when shaking the box.
Everything is taken in well consideration, including Moving parts that can make noise. Buy entire BOX of boosters, you will get 3 of each beys

If I'm not mistaken, there used to be a code imprinted with pressure onto the bottom right corner on the back of the box. That would tell you which Bey you were going to get. They removed that partway into the God Layer days. The weights of the Beys are evened out as much as possible so that it's hard to know which is which. Also, the packaging is too tight to be worth shaking.
The term "prize bey" doesn't mean much; they're all a 1 in 8 chance and the prize is sometimes less good as the others. The only way to be certain of what you are getting is to peek at the stickers. Those aren't sealed in opaque plastic, so what eBay and Amazon sellers sometimes do is open the booster enough to check the stickers, then reseal it. If the product is marked as a specific entry from the booster, that's how they know.

I like to pretend that the sellers don't peek at the ones they sell as random boosters with unknown contents, but they possibly could. That could mean that, example RBV15, Cosmo Valkyrie and Storm Pegasus and Dead Hades are all being sold off as confirmed versions for higher price, and everything else is being sold as "random". It all depends on how much you trust your seller.
In the past there was a way with the engraving on the back of the box and the positioning in relation to the barcode, and a scale  for the weight would determine what was in the boxes with prize beys, but takara tomy got smart so no more engraving plus in a lot boxes they add small pieces of cardboard so the weight is almost the same in all of them.
The only guarantee is when you buy a full case that is 24 units, there's 3 full sets inside, it's always been like that for the longest time and we just experimented that with the last release of the vol 15 when we bought a full case.
They r also pretty hard to get where iam staying.
How to get rare?
There isn't way find rare certainly.
But in 1 Box there are 24 Random Boosters and separated 4 bags (in 1 Bags there are 6 Random Booster).
And it means if you buy 12 you can get 1 rare certainly.
Buy 18 you can get 2 rares certainly and if you lucky 3 rares.
